17 Days to Thin
I'm a {soon to be former!} "non-cooker"; learning to cook low fat, low sugar, low carb, and low cal.

A lot of my recipes and eating routines are based loosely off basic principles of the "17 Day Diet", of which I have LOOSELY followed in the past.

This blog is for ME. To remember what I did, how I did it, what worked and what didn't.

If you come across this and find it helpful, GREAT! I am NOT an expert/professional in food/cooking/fitness/nutrition or anything related. I am NOT following anything in particular to the "T"; I do what works for ME.

I'm trying, learning, and perfecting, by trial and error.

I post whenever and whatever in my journey to "fit & healthy" {and Yes, Thin} that I find inspirational, as a way of record keeping, and for future reference.
