Morning Inspiration: It took more than a day to gain it

IT TOOK MORE THAN A DAY TO GAIN IT.

IT'LL TAKE MORE THAN A DAY TO LOSE IT.

DON'T GIVE UP.

so... the number on the scale this morning was the exact same number it was yesterday morning.
This is a good reminder.
